Perennial Zone specializes in selling a curated selection of perennial plants, flower bulbs, and landscaping materials suited for gardeners who love cottage gardens, butterfly and hummingbird-friendly plants, deer-resistant varieties, and drought-tolerant species for sunny landscapes.

Product Characteristics:

  • Our products include live plants, bulbs, and botanical materials which are perishable and sensitive to handling.
  • Product images are for illustrative purposes; actual size and color may vary slightly.
  • We provide detailed planting and care instructions to help ensure your gardening success.

3. User Obligations & Responsibilities

  • Check your local customs and plant import regulations, as you are responsible for any import restrictions or fees in your country.

4. Ordering & Payment Terms

Order Process: All orders are subject to product availability. You will receive an order confirmation via email. This constitutes our acceptance of your order.

Pricing: All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time.

Payment Methods: We accept payments via Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal. Your payment is processed securely at the time of order.

Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.

5. Shipping Policy

We ship globally, excluding Asia and certain remote regions.

  • Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx. Estimated delivery 10-15 business days after shipment.
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS. Estimated delivery 15-25 business days after shipment.

Delivery times are estimates only. Delays may occur due to customs, weather, or other factors beyond our control. You are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by your country.

6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Important Note on Live Goods: Due to their perishable nature, all live plants, flower bulbs, and botanical materials (including but not limited to Agastache, Allium, Asclepias, Cacti, Crocus, Daffodils, Echinacea, etc.) are considered FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or Dead on Arrival (DOA).

General Return Window: For eligible non-botanical items, returns or exchanges must be requested within 15 days of delivery.

Process: To initiate a return for an eligible item or report a damaged/DOA plant:

  1. Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of delivery.
  2. Include your order number, product details, and photos (for damaged items).
  3. We will provide a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions.
  4. Ship the item to: Perennial Zone, 2186 Clay Street, Indianapolis, IN 46202, USA.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the return.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and product descriptions, is the property of Perennial Zone or its suppliers and is protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our prior written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Perennial Zone shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website, including but not limited to plant failure due to improper planting, climatic conditions, or pest damage after delivery. Our total liability for any claim related to your order shall not exceed the total cost of the order in question.

We strive to provide accurate information, but we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content are error-free. We are not responsible for typographical errors.
