Shipping Information

Order Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is on its way.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times: We ship globally (excluding Asia and a few remote regions).

  • Standard Shipping: Shipped via DHL or FedEx.
    • Cost: $12.95
    • Estimated Delivery: 10-15 business days after shipment.
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS.
    • Cost: Free
    • Estimated Delivery: 15-25 business days after shipment.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as customs processing and weather conditions.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We stand behind the quality of our plants and bulbs. However, due to the unique nature of live botanical products, our return policy has specific guidelines.

General Return Window: We accept returns and exchanges for eligible items within 15 days of your order’s delivery date.

Important Note on Live Plants & Bulbs:

Due to their perishable and sensitive nature, all live plants, flower bulbs, and live botanical materials are considered FINAL SALE. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Agastache (Hummingbird Mint), Allium, Armeria (Sea Thrift), Asclepias (Milkweed), Aster
  • Butterfly Plants, Cacti & Succulents, Coreopsis (Tickseed), Cottage Garden Plants
  • Echinacea (Coneflower), Eriogonum (Sulphur Buckwheat), Gaillardia (Blanket Flower)
  • Crocus, Daffodil, and all other Flower Bulbs

These items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or dead on arrival (DOA).

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

If you have a non-botanical item that is eligible for return, or if your live plants/bulbs arrived damaged or DOA, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and details about the item.
  2. Provide Details: Explain the reason for your return or exchange. For damaged/DOA items, please attach clear photos.
  3. Receive Instructions: We will respond within 2 business days with further instructions and a Return Authorization (RA) number if applicable.
  4. Ship the Item: Securely package the item, include the RA number on the package, and mail it to:

Return Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped) or a damaged/defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service with insurance.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email notification.

  • If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original method of payment (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal) within 5-10 business days.
  • The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account will depend on your financial institution’s processing times.

Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an eligible item for the same product, please state this in your initial email.
