Our Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging whenever possible.

Please Note: Due to the perishable nature of live plants and the specific handling requirements of flower bulbs, all plants, bulbs, and live botanical materials are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or dead on arrival. This policy helps us maintain the highest quality standards for these sensitive products.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to request a return or exchange:

  1. Contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order
  2. Provide your order number and details about the item you wish to return or exchange
  3. Explain the reason for your return or exchange request
  4. We will respond within 2 business days with instructions and a return authorization number
  5. Package the item securely and include the return authorization number on the package

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or damaged/defective items. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days. The timing of the refund appearing in your account will depend on your financial institution’s processing times.

Exchanges

Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned due to their nature:

  • Live plants (including Agastache, Allium, Armeria, Asclepias, Aster, Butterfly plants, Cacti and succulents, Coreopsis, Cottage garden plants, Echinacea, Eriogonum, Gaillardia, and all other live plants)
  • Flower bulbs (including Crocus, Daffodil, and all other bulbs)
  • Perishable goods
  • Items marked as final sale

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damaged or incorrect items. We will work quickly to resolve the issue, which may include sending replacement items (when available) or issuing a refund.
