What types of plants do you specialize in?
We specialize in hardy perennials, drought-tolerant plants, pollinator-friendly varieties, and specialty flower bulbs. Our collection includes Agastache, Allium, Asclepias, Echinacea, and many other plants perfect for cottage gardens, desert landscaping, and creating sustainable outdoor spaces.
Are your plants suitable for beginner gardeners?
Absolutely! Many of our plants are selected for their hardiness and ease of care. We particularly recommend our drought-tolerant and deer-resistant varieties for those just beginning their gardening journey.
Do you offer plants that attract pollinators?
Yes! We have an entire category dedicated to butterfly plants and pollinator-friendly varieties, including Milkweed, Coneflower, Blanket Flower, and many others that support local ecosystems.
📦 Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship?
We ship globally to most countries, though we are unable to deliver to certain parts of Asia and some remote regions. You’ll be notified during checkout if we cannot ship to your location.
What shipping methods do you offer?
We offer two shipping options: Standard Shipping via DHL or FedEx ($12.95, 10-15 days after dispatch) and Free Shipping via EMS for orders over $50 (15-25 days after dispatch).
How are plants packaged for shipping?
We take great care in packaging your plants! Each order is hand-selected, inspected for quality, and carefully packaged using specialized materials to ensure safe transit. We use recyclable and biodegradable materials wherever possible.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes! Once your order is dispatched, we’ll send you a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your garden treasures every step of the way.

Do I need to create an account to place an order?
While creating an account allows you to track orders and save preferences, it’s not required to make a purchase. You can check out as a guest.
🔄 Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We stand behind our plants! If your order arrives in unsatisfactory condition, please contact our customer care team at [email protected] within 15 days of delivery. We’ll be happy to help with a replacement or refund according to our policy.
What if my plants arrive damaged?
We carefully package plants to withstand transit, but if yours arrive damaged, please contact us within 15 days with photos of the damaged items. We’ll make it right!
